1. Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum order value is $100.00. This excludes the delivery fee. RB Patel online will not accept an order which is below the minimum order value.

3. What should I do if incorrect products are delivered to me?
If incorrect products have been delivered, you must contact us with any such claim within 5 days of delivery after which we will investigate the matter and get back to you.
4. What should I do if my electrical goods have faulty in it?
If you discover any defect in your product, you may return the item in new condition within 5 days of delivery for a replacement. If a replacement is not available we may at our sole discretion provide a refund. You will be notified by email of the status of the replacement.
5. Can I place a delivery order for someone else?
If you want to order groceries for a parent, friend or a student away at college, simply place the order and do the payment online with your own credit card. In the delivery address, state that person’s delivery address.
6. How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, and debit cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo. Cash, gift cards, cheques and other charge accounts are currently not accepted online.

8. Can I find all the products online that I buy in the store?
You may find nearly the same selection you might find in your local RB Patel store. Additionally, items such as greeting cards, magazines and books are currently excluded from our online selection. Others may be unavailable at times. Should you not find what you are looking for then you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
9. What is the home delivery fee?
Regular home delivery in town/city within 5km boundary is $15.00 VIP. Outside city/town within 10km boundary is $25.00 VIP.
10. What should I do if I wish to change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us during business hours between 8am to 5pm Fiji Time, from Monday to Friday on (679) 339 1899 or email email@example.com. Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24hours of receipt of confirmation.
